WARRANTY INFORMATION


JMP offers a 1-year limited warranty on JMP supplied material and labor with the following exceptions:

  1. Any drains, either new or existing from becoming clogged.
  2. Any part of a plumbing fixture that is not covered by manufacturer.
  3. Any part of water piping system that may become clogged as a result of alteration to existing water pipe.  Note:  This normally applies to galvanized water piping in some older homes.
  4. Any connection to existing galvanized water pipe.
  5. Any plumbing pipe from freezing and/or splitting.
  6. Any customer supplied material.
  7. Water Heaters - go to the following manufacturer's websites to find the local authorized service provider:                                                                                                    A.O. AFTER HOURS:

All warranty issues will be handled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

 

If you feel you have a plumbing emergency, you may call an after hours plumbing company, wherein you will be responsible for paying such company for their service.

If the problem is determined by JMP to be covered under JMP's warranty, JMP will reimburse either some or all of the repair charges.  Any material that was provided and installed by JMP, which was determined to be defective must be provided to JMP for testing.
